English: The head of a combined air velocity and air temperature sensor, type CAFS-220. The air velocity is measured by means of a hot wire (in the circular hole). Dimensions of the visible part of the green PCB: width 5.5 mm, length 9.5 mm. The sensor has a 5 meter long cable (not visible in the picture) for a connection to the Airflow Temperature Monitor, type Cambridge AccuSense ATM-24.
Due to the small dimensions and to the flexible cable connection, the sensor is suitable for example for air flow measurements inside closed electronics housings. Measuring ranges: air velocity 0.15 m/s to 15 m/s, temperature 0 °C to 100 °C.Deutsch: Die Spitze eines kombinierten Luftgeschwindigkeit- und Lufttemperatursensors, Typ CAFS-220. Die Luftgeschwindigkeit wird mit einem Hitzedrahtsensor gemessen (in der kreisrunden Öffnung). Abmessungen des sichtbaren Teiles der grünen Leiterplatte: Breite 5.5 mm, Länge 9.5 mm. Der Sensor besitzt ein 5 Meter langes Kabel (nicht im Bild sichtbar) zum Anschluss an Airflow Temperature Monitor, Typ Cambridge AccuSense ATM-24.
Wegen seiner kleinen Abmessungen und der flexiblen Kabelverbindung kann der Sensor z.B. für die Messung von Luftgeschwindigkeiten in geschlossenen Elektronikgeräten verwendet werden. Messbereiche: Luftgeschwindigkeit: 0.15 m/s bis 15 m/s, Lufttemperatur 0°C bis 100°C. |
