And also I already know about Wikipedias and projects in Wikimedia. I make a decision to delete the welcome message, becuase I think that I don't need the welcome message anymore. I can't understand why I'm under blocking, because there is no any explains to me. Because of blocking on IP-blocking opntion, I can't run my bot([[User:Minsbot|Minsbot]]).
