As I can see, you are an experienced user on the en wiki and that is why I suggest that you describe in more detail the problem regarding the up-to-dateness of the logo, on the talk page of the article in question. One with characters in the background appears at the start of the page; another without a detailed background comes below the information box. It seems unnecessary to show the same logo two times, so I wanted to remove the second one.
