That edit [2] is so explicit attacking behaviour that it does not need any further explanation (and signed under other name and surname, not under some nick). One cannot get away with clean dossier with such sexually offensive behaviour (with strong explicit words).

- Suradnik:Kubura: Thanks for the reply. I get this is very offensive (from google translate), but it is also an incident which is 7 years old. Why has it been sanctioned now and not seven years ago? The user in question asked for help in an IRC channel because they consider the block to be unjust (at least the fact that it is indefinite) after such a long time.
