17. 03. 2018. 01:56:20: Wyang blocked Just for communication (block log), expiring never (Abusing multiple accounts: Block evasion; blocked before [[User:Kubura]] is unblocked.)
I've created that account solely for the communication. I'm not able to contact through my normal username since I am blocked there. How can I repeat my request if am blocked?
Therefore, I am not abusing multiple accounts, because I have explicitly said that I have created that account solely for that purpose ("Just for communication"), and I have also confirmed on the userpage and usertalkpage on en.wikt and here on hr.wiki that I'm that user (Just for communication). So there is no abuse of multiple accounts and no block evasion.
Please remove that description from the block entry.

- @Kubura You need to wait for an admin to be willing to unblock you first. If you are blocked, you are not allowed to post outside your talk page, and using a second account to bypass it is deemed as an abuse of multiple accounts, and will be blocked. - @Wyang If we have user that did the same like me, we do not block him. A user wants to communicate, posting a message on his own talkpage (if his talkpage is locked, he cannot post outside his talkpage) may go unnoticed. Therefore such user communicates on the other talkpages: admins' or Wikipedia space - usually the Village pump for solving that matter. If the affected user just wants to communicate regarding his/hers unblocking, without editing in other spaces (e.g. mainspace), why should we block him/her? We let him/her tell what do they want to say, we do not block the user in that case. Additional communication account is allowed: that's not the block evasion - what should he do? Write as IP and expose his/hers privacy? Therefore we let such users function that way, and I thought that I can do the same on en.Wiktionary. Atitarev has not reacted on my post on his talkpage on our wiki. To draw the attention, I had to "catch" someone of the active admins in that moment (post on his talkpage), and to prevent (by short explanations) all misguided discussion on Your Village pump. - @Kubura That has no relevance on the English Wiktionary, where using a second account to make edits outside of one's user talk page is considered an abuse of multiple accounts. You have already tried to capture the attention of some of the admins, but none have deemed your reasoning for unblock sufficiently convincing to warrant an unblock unfortunately. - @Wyang I've learned Your rule the hard way, but You have to be more flexible. Anyway, it was 3:1 in favor of my unblocking, but Ivan Štambuk had a fixation on me, so every time I was unblocked, he reblocked me. Some people own the articles, some people also own the blocking rights over particular person. I don't understand why someone finds his attitude more valid than the attitude of three other admins.
